Cotton Patch Cafe - Henderson

Eating was really good, we have there about an hour before closing, and the servers were on everything promptly. Refilled our drinks well, even if they were busy cleaning until we left. Tested the new deep fried bride, it was very good! Also the chicken fried chicken, which was also good. The sweet potato fries had like cinnamon or something on them, they were addicted well! I know it is group-wide, but we did not agree with the additional 5% Kovid surcharge added to the bill, I feel that this violates the servers in the long term, because some people automatically assume that the congratulation is added. I feel like our bill for 2 people with 2 meals water $32 was more than we usually pay for cotton patch, there is no extra charge when menu prices reflect an increase. We paid here for most meals like $10.

We waited to sit for more than 10 minutes when there was no line. They were only half full with 7/8 servers. When we sat there were no napkins, we ordered our food and after 25 min had to ask for rolls after 60 min we had to be made to go for our dine in the meal! Show server for refills. There was no customer service at all! As I said, they had a lot of workers and only occupied the tables! No shortage of workers!

It is a very good place to eat dunes in or delivery to die their chicken strips. Your steaks are great, they only cook them the way you want that the service is very good you ordered the family packs to go or delivered you get a lot of food very reasonable price very good

Let me first say that Alisha provided excellent service to our table; I'm talking about Henderson, Texas. The problems were with the food. Rolls with black crispy stuff on the bottom... my wife thought it was glass. Mixed vegetables were warm, but so hard a fork would not penetrate the carrot crest. Mac and cheese wash rubber and hard (on the left for lunch? . The rice pilaf was also hard and crisp (again, over the left?). Probably I won't return even though I live in the area.

Never again! The onion rings were barely coated and cooked. The caesar salad was a joke. A handful of greens with some shaved parm cheese. They never get an order correct.
