I went here to get a simple dipped cone (which was delicious) but I 'm mostly reviewing the great service. I came in late and ordered slightly after their hours but Rienalynn still took my order with an I got you! . Funnily enough this was actually thesecond time she helped me when I came a week before! She 's hardworking (it looks like she was working alone) but still took careof the customers with a smile! Thank you Rienalynn!

Google maps states that this location was open until 8pm. I arrived at 7:25 and was told they were closed. Not happy.

Stopped by to try the Blizzard of the month, pumpkin pie. First issue was only one person was working. Second issue, the blizzard that was handed to me was more of a shake. The person didn't even attempted to give to me upside down. He knew itwasn't done right. Will try again and see if it goes bettet.

I really cannot express the all time low experience I had with this location. In this time of covid and having a mask mandate in place, the employees are walking around with their masks hanging around underneath their mouths tending to customers withrecklace disregard. When I asked one employee to adjust their mask to take my order, she decided to step away and make the otheremployee who also had his mask off take my order. I gestured to that employee to please adjust his mask as well. He did but onlyto slightly cover his mouth. When I asked for a number to call the manager stepped out from in the back to see me. She also hadher mask not properly worn. I asked her if I could have the number of the operation manager and she refused to give it to me. Ifinally spoke to the operations manager named Daniel who after explaining my concerns, told me I could just go ahead and eatsomewhere else. All while the three employees were listening and mocking me for being concerned. Whatever you do, please do noteat there because seriously, your business is not appreciated.
