Eis is good, just need to the tempo, they are too slow and they have bad attitude

The service was incredibly slow. I ordered vanilla ice cream in a cup and ended up waiting outside for 5-10 minutes in the hot sun, which is just ridiculous. Meanwhile, the young girls working there were letting their friends into the adjacent room to relax while customers were left waiting.

My favorite icebox ever since I was a little girl that was bananeneis is the best.

With over 30 years in the food business, I can attest that failing to honor advertised hours is a major mistake. There were at least 10 people turned away while I was there. Their hours aren’t 4 PM to 8 PM as advertised; they’re really only open for about 3.5 hours each day. I certainly won’t be returning, nor will several others who were also turned away. It seems there’s a need for a new soft serve shop in Henderson!

My favorite here is the strawberry sundae with bananas and wet walnuts. It never disappoints!
