Hometown Roots - Henderson

The food and atmosphere here are fantastic! This place will be a popular spot in Hendersonville for years to come. They have 70 types of bourbon and a great selection of craft beers on tap at the bar. The Southern-inspired dishes, like pig belly, pimento poppers, meatloaf, and a deliciously spicy mac and cheese, are all creative and tasty. If you think Southern cuisine means just basic fare, think again—this place is three stars above that! Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely fantastic from the moment you step through the door! The service was excellent, and the food was incredible! Casey and his team have crafted a sauce that I would buy by the gallon. After this experience, I won't need to cross the bridge to find great food again!

Henderson is fortunate to have Casey Todd back! Hometown Roots is bustling with activity! My group and I had a great time sharing appetizers and meals. The nacho appetizer was incredibly tasty! (It includes homemade potato chips, canned jalapeños, pork, and pickled onions.) I had the shrimp and grits, and the shrimp had a wonderfully smoky flavor. Everything I tried was excellent!

Only went to the soft opening, this place is great! Food, service, atmosphere. Best quality. Loved the Pimiento cheese balls. My darling.
