I enjoyed the flavors of ginger and soy sauce, and the crunch of the bamboo shoots. The Shredded Char Siu itself is delicious! The Fried Chicken Bun was super yummy. At first, I thought it was going to be just a basic piece of fried chicken and lettuce in a steamed bun, but I was wrong. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection and super crispy! Everything about this bun was perfection. I think I’ve found one of my new favorite ramen spots.
We were on our way to Born Raised in Henderson and when we drove into the parking lot, we changed our mind and went to Ichiddo Ramen. I ordered the Char Siu Ramen and Tupac had the Beef Donburi. The Ramen was amazingly delicious and maybe because I haven't had Ramen in a while. The broth was silky and tasteful. The char siu was cooked perfectly and it was tender. The donburi was alright. Not the best and not the worst and service was ok. I would return again.
Nice to try a different Ramen place from time to time. Food is good , Ramen noodle soup serves in bit smaller bowl.
The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The service was good but like many ramen places, a little on the slow side. We usually go to Ramen Fukumimi which is also on Eastern Ave. but 7 miles further North. Compared to Fukumimi, Ichiddo has a LOT less soup broth in the ramen. However, it fills this space with more solid items that I think an American would enjoy. Fukumimi is also a better deal with cheaper prices and free appetizer when you fill your loyalty card. We did not try the Karaage yet but I doubt that anyone can beat Fukumimi's Karaage. We shall see next time we eat at Ichiddo. I give it five stars but Fukumimi is more of a bargain and I love bargains.
We were searching high and low for a good ramen place on the Southeast side of town. This place definitely delivered. The ramen was quite tasty, nice and spicy (I ordered extra hot), and it wasn't so massive that I got super full as is the norm at most ramen places. I got the shredded Char Siu (ground roast pork belly) with two pieces of Char Siu (sliced roast pork belly) on the side. This is the only place I know of that actually roasts the pork so that it comes crunchy. Not to say others don't...just not usually family owned places. Very tasty. The gyoza was quite nice as well. Simple. Steamed then grilled. Packed full of flavor. My wife got the Char Siu ramen. It was excellent as well. I already want more.
