Marie Callender's Bakery - Henderson

Came in to have dinner and the hostess, at least I think she was the hostess, waited for a customer in the register. The customer went and the hostess continued to do something. After a few minutes she finally asked if we could eat or get something to go. She said she was with us in a few days. We're waiting for a good 5 to 10 minutes more, two more people coming, a few waitresses over and we're all waiting for the hostess to finish their work. We finally decided to leave because obviously what ever had to be completed in the register was much more important than the customers waited for the podium.

Very fresh tasty food the waiters so attentive refill drinks and hot brewed tea the experience very comfortable relaxing no waiting time must wear mask no service I do highly recommend their cornbread and delicious desserts had a cream cheesecake it very delicious you will see that prices are reasonable

First let me start off by saying , WOW what a disappointment. 6:45pm seating is no longer available. As I arrived at 6:57pm.. still couldn?t be seated but allowed me to place an order for food that I paid a whopping $50 for.. now you tell me , does this look $50 worthy? Everything was cold and mind you I live 5 minutes from this location, as my boyfriend and I were leaving people that got seated we?re having their food brought out to them. I?m highly , highly disappointed with this service.

This is a restaurant chain of the 1980s. Most are calendars. But I can tell you one thing to make sure their fruitcakes are fantastic. And her dinner menu is also quite decent, but it's just a little outdated. You have some new things on the menu that are amazing. I hope we don't lose Marie Callender together, it's a little American tradition. But if ever, my wife and I often go there to eat for dinner. It's kind of a funny date night by breaking the rules and dessert for dinner. I think if they could rebuild the restaurant and bring it up to 2022 standards, they would do much more business.

For 2 pieces of cake and nothing like the pictures. I have a lemon cheesecake that had more lemon on it, then cheesecake. Have a sloppy slice of double cream blueberry cake and definitely not get double cream. Had more whip cream than anything and not worth the money.
