Feedback gevenThe girl who took my order, Jada was extremely pleasant and professional. She brought a spark of joy to my morning! Natasha, I believe is a manager, was wonderful at giving all employees a pep talk. She was talking to each employee giving friendly comments like ?make sure we are striving for great customer service all day, be friendly, you guys are great!? Was definitely nice to see someone give such positive comments amongst the staff.
I ordered ahead using the app, and it seems like it took a long time for them to even receive the order. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes after I arrived, which was about 5 minutes after I ordered. The service was good, as expected, and the coffee was acceptable. It's frustrating that Starbucks raised prices again even after reporting record profits.
This is more of a summary of many visits review. This is the most convenient location for where I live and my route to work every day but I no longer go here if I can help it. Every time I go in to pick up my order they act inconvenienced. Half the time they will be standing there talking, look right at you waiting for someone to hand you the drink they 've already made and then continue talking. One time they forgot to add the espresso to my drink. And honestly... their drinks are never as good. I don 't know if they just need to clean their espresso machine or what but I just threw out half my drink because it tasted like ashes.

Always friendly, drinks always accurate, great location, decent amount of people not too crowded. Wifi Great!! Plenty of outside seating.
