Wendy's - Henderson

I visited this restaurant tonight at 6 p.m. with a large order—11 meals and 11 drinks. I was expecting some issues and perhaps a bit of attitude, but I was pleasantly surprised. The young man behind the register was incredibly sweet, funny, and professional. The gentleman preparing the order was also very courteous and friendly. Not a single mistake was made! It was an amazing experience all around. Kudos to the team! If I could give you 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely wonderful! I was initially apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations despite the challenges they’re facing. I had the chance to meet the manager, Sethi, during my visit, and she shared that they are working hard to get back to full capacity. With only 2-3 staff members available during both morning and night shifts, it’s clear they’re doing their best under tough circumstances. My meal was served hot and it was fantastic! It's essential to be kind to fast food workers—they're people too, striving to recover from difficult times. If this restaurant doesn’t meet your preferences, simply choose another one and move on. I'm tired of hearing complaints from those who keep returning, fully aware they don’t enjoy it. As for me, I’m giving this place five stars and will definitely return! The staff is really friendly, and if you give them a chance, you’ll receive excellent service.

This Wendy's location is outstanding! I visited on Easter Sunday, and they were open, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. The food was excellent, too. If you're craving Wendy's and find yourself in Henderson, I highly recommend this one. Great job, staff!

Great service in the beginning. Short staffed so it went a bit slower after awhile. Good was hot fresh. I personally am disappointed in the new Honey Chicken Sandwich. Was not like picture and it packed honey. You cannot say honey Chicken without the honey. Not to BEE funny, but it's like all they did was wiped a bee's butt with the bun that's how much honey the sandwich had. Smh. Again I enjoyed the rest of the experience because that's all my daughter wanted for her bday...
