Burger King - Hendersonville

Their shake machine NEVER works.I tried the Italian Crispy Chicken sandwich, and apparently there is a shortage of marinara, because there wasn't any on my sandwichI will never waste my time or money at the Hendersonville Burger King again.

When my cousin and I went here, the staff was rather rude to us while we were ordering. There wasn't even much of a line behind us either, so I don't know what the rush was for. There was one car behind us at the time, but it'd only been there for maybe a minute or two.My food came in fine (mostly because I only ordered two things), but my cousin's did not. My cousin ordered a meal, but items were missing from the order. We have tried to put in a bad review for this order, but the system on their site seemed to block it out and erase everything my cousin wrote.Overall, I don't think it's really the biggest deal, but they made the situation feel way more stressful than it needed to be. And I'm sure there's lovely people that work here as well. That being said, the experience could most definitely use some improvement. I would personally rather not return to this place.

I can’t stand this location. i absolutely love burger king, however the workers here hate their lives and are extremely hateful. i asked for one sauce and got yelled at to pay 15 cents. not to mention the constant attitude from my first step in the door.
