Feedback gevenThey say Chick-fil-A has the toughest vetting process to pick their franchise owners and managers, but I bet this one is the exception. They probably found a random person off the street and appointed as manager. On Sep 11, 2024 I arrived here at 8:45 PM and ordered a Cobb salad (extra bacon) for dine-in (name for the order: Ryan) My food got ready at 8:50 PM. I was enjoying my dinner in the crowded dining area. Suddenly at 9:00 PM sharp, one of the staff (a cleaner) came to my table and told me that the fast food chain is closed for the night and I had to leave immediately. I told him that I was in the middle of my dinner and needed 5 more minutes. He went and double checked with his supervisor and came back to me and insisted that I had to leave immediately. He apologized for the inconvenience but he didnt even let me finish my dinner. He literally kicked me out in the middle of my dinner. He told me I could finish my dinner outside. I don’t know how the Chick-fil-A parent company vetted this branch manager and I have no idea how the manager picks the staff at this location, but the manager of this location is the biggest insult to the brand. Never in my life I have been kicked out of a restaurant in the middle of my food due to closing hour. Going to escalate this issue until they force the franchise owner/manager to undergo additional extensive training.
I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A's, but unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A, I'm not a big fan of. I'm very disappointed in the customer service, very rude and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed at all (an being the only black person) in this establishment. The purpose of the rudness. I stood at the counter for a while, waiting for someone to assist me or ask me if I needed help, but no one did. As soon as a white older gentleman walks up; please don't quote me on this; but the young lady offered assistance if he needed it. I never felt so unimportant in my life! I hope the team starting from the management all the way down to the bottom, working on their customer service and skills and attitudes you need to do better. It's sad you have all those people working in that one restaurant, and not one of y'all could be polite You don't even deserve a star I gave you. That's the only way I could write this review. Sad SMH
They always forget something out of my order. Sauces mostly but it's super annoying
Well, evidently, you can’t have a job that involves you driving a large vehicle and want to eat Chick-fil-A after 9 PM at least not at the Mount Juliet store. I walked up to place an order at the drive-through because it was told the truck was too big to go through and then I was told I could not place an order because I was walking up, but I was only ordering food for my family so I guess my $60 won’t make Chick-fil-A go broke. I’m not sure how someone walking up to place their order since the lobby is closed would affect the way they do their job when they stand in the middle of the road to take your order anyways. The parking lot is well lit. The drive-through are well lit, so it’s not like it is a, safety hazard for them to be robbed or anything. Just very disappointed.
Have Chicken sandwich everyday for lunch during the week....
