Feedback gevenI placed an online order at 6:00 PM and arrived at 6:20 PM. The estimate indicated my order would be ready between 6:30 and 6:36 PM. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready until 6:45 PM. The gentleman who delivered my pizza was very friendly and explained that they were quite busy. However, during his first trip to my car, he forgot one of my pizzas. He returned to retrieve it, but on his second trip, he forgot the sauce I had purchased. Finally, on his last trip, I received my complete order. The pizza itself was good, although my friend mentioned that his slice was a bit dry. Normally, I would rate Domino's five stars, but due to this experience, I'm giving them less this time. I hope for a better experience on my next visit.
Our pizza was exactly as we ordered. The staff member on duty was very friendly and professional. However, there was only one person working at the time. Despite that, I was able to pick up my pizza in less than 30 minutes after placing my online order.
I walked in at 9:50 feeling quite hungry. The staff informed me that they closed at 10:00 and that their system was down, so they couldn't take my order. I mentioned that I hadn't eaten all day and was really in need of food. The manager then asked what I wanted to order, and I replied with a Philly Steak Sandwich. To my surprise, she offered to make one for me at no charge. I was truly blown away by this kindness. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to go to bed hungry. I really appreciate it! Thank you again!
