Feedback gevenMezzaluna has a nice atmosphere, and the service was good. However, I ordered eggplant parmesan , a dish that I've had numerous times, and is a personal favorite. This dish I'd normally served in an au gratin bowl with sauce to keep e p the eggplant moist. The dish I got was dry and tasteless served on a plate with some spaghetti pasta.

I had the prosciutto and fig pizza. It was delicious.
The cocktails were fantastic, so at least the bartenders know what they 're doing. The food, not so much. It 's either the most boring, plain food (soggy, flavorless, boiled broccoli), or somebody trying way to hard to be a chef with mismatched flavor profiles, and just too much going on. If you 're in the mood for some sad laughter, order the seafood grill plate. It comes with two rubbery scallops, four little shrimp, and a nugget of dry salmon. You 'll laugh and cry. Meh-zzaluna would be a more appropriate name.
We did a small welding project for their restaurant (down stairs, The Black Rose). We then went upstairs and had lunch. Courtney, the owner, was super nice and an excellent bar tender! I had the stuffed peppers (appetizer menu) but it was a meal for me and it was delicious. My husband had the pizza (I did take a piece) LOL and that was great as well. Thank you Rob and Courtney for the great hospitality! Cheers!
