We went through drive-thru about 4pm , Monday November 29th. The Server at the window was great!!
It seems they are training some new staff members because the customer service was terrible! They need to instill in the new employees at this location that the customer is always right; after all, it's called customer service for a reason. I informed the barista at the drive-thru that I wanted to use my points for a free drink, but I didn't realize I also needed to inform the barista at the window. That was my first mistake. The barista then told me she couldn’t process it, which I found ridiculous. I insisted she could and asked to speak to a manager, which was my second mistake. They responded with dirty looks through the window, as if I cared about that. Then, I suspect one of the managers (I hope it wasn't, but I think it was) tried to lecture me on the need to tell both employees about using my rewards, as if I should have known they don't communicate with each other. Save yourself the trouble and go to the location on Indian Lake. They are much more professional and actually understand what customer service means!
My experience at this Starbucks got off to a rough start when I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes for my mobile order. Unfortunately, every employee I encountered was quite rude. It was my first visit here, so I wasn't aware that drinks and food are picked up at different counters. No other Starbucks I've been to operates this way, and no one informed me, which led to me standing there even longer, mistakenly thinking I was still waiting for my egg bites. I finally discovered them at the other end of the store. Once I got to work, I took a few sips of my drink and found a piece of plastic that looked like a condiment lid—really disgusting. I will NEVER come back here. The customer service is even worse than at McDonald's. You all need to do better!
So glad there are more options than Starbucks coming to Hendersonville. It somehow takes them over 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee when you order through the mobile app. I placed my order at 719 am didn?t walk out till 742 am
