Subway - Hendersonville

I picked up dinner tonight and there was a great gentleman who worked by himself. He was very friendly and very efficient and I thought he deserves a compliment for great customer service! Also the store looked very clean and beautiful

The food was good. Interesting experience behind what seems to be a Hulk Hogan impersonator.

Meatball sandwich is delicious. Steak and cheese is also quite delicious. You can get a meal that you feel at a good price.

I'll order a foot long roast beef bottom. The girl goes to the toaster, and I'm saying you can double that? , she takes it out, puts more cheese on it and then puts it in the toaster. I looked at her and said I wanted it to be twice roasted. She said I thought you wanted double cheese, I said no, double roasted. She said I had to charge you for the extra cheese, I said I didn't ask for double cheese, but since you already did, you can leave it there if you want. She then pulls it out of the toaster in the middle and pulls off half the melted additional cheese and throws it in the garbage. Unbelievable. Update 12/5/17, I thought I would give it another try.... I was wrong. Owners, YOU FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF AND START ON!!! A star is too much. You go here one day and it's good, the next, terrible. CONTENTS Rude employees also if you complain. Update 3/15/22 MUCH IMPROVED! Sign says under new management... Everything was great today.

I believe the individual who took my order was named Haylee, and they were great! Very friendly, and went above and beyond to get me some banana peppers.
