Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Walked in today with a friend and didn't need any food however Ms. MAE at the counter offered me a drink isn't it was so hot. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and friendly professional way she treated me even if I wasn't here to purchase. Thank you so much I will definitely be back and have had their food before and its all so great!! Thanks Mae

Update your closing times so frustrating to come at 9:00 and be closed it says you close at 10! and give me my sauces i pay for!

Usually love Zaxby’s but tonight I pull up at 9:15pm and the lady says “we closed.” But they close at 10pm it even says “updated by business 6 weeks ago”

This zaxbys has the absolute rudest manager, which i belive was Sam. Not only was the food not right, after being told I could not stay because I require a service dog( she had every tag, her credentials ect on her stroller) we left. We then were followed to the car still she was rude, argumentative and did not know the laws in regards to ACTUAL service dogs, demanding papers(which she also has). She just kept saying she got her dog a vest on Amazon to be a service dog. I left in tears, Food wasted. There were some others that walked out seeing how I was treated in the store.Believe me, I would much rather be healthy and normal then to be sick with a need for a service animal. Again unacceptable and I will never return there.

The lady taking my order was rather snappy. Maybe she was having a bad day.
