Grabbed Fraps from the drive-thru. Our ours tasted great. Service was pretty quick and the employee at the window was upbeat, very nice.

Alisha or Elisha whatever her name is needs better training on customer service. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I had asked my drink to be remade due to it not being made properly and had green stuff on the lid. I told her I would wait so I’m not inconveniencing her but still was treated with disrespect. Slammed the drink on the serving table and said “there’s that!” Didn’t realize she made mine already so I sat patiently. Instead of telling me that it was for me she decided to loudly say “that’s you!”. She made the drink worse on purpose this time I believe. I will never be returning to this location.

Oddest Starbucks we have been to. Not sure what was going on but they virtually had no food items available when we went around 3:00 in the afternoon. They were literally out of everything and the food case was empty.

Need to have a KETO menu. Needs to be available 24/7! Need decaffeinated coffee!!! All drinks should be able to be made KETO style!!! Some food price are ridiculously too high and to little served! Dietary restrictions: KETO drinks available!!!
