Breakfast served daily until 2 PM, and Happy Hour is between 3 PM to 6 PM daily. On a nice day, it is quite enjoyable sitting outside watching mall goers. The presentation of their food always looked appetizing. Service was very professional. We ordered two appetizers, Smothered Fries and Burrata Tomato Relish. Both were very good. I wouldn’t mind order them again. Perfectly cooked French Fries was covered with candied bacon, parmesan cheese, dill pickles, and drizzled with parsley garlic sauce (chimichurri) and garlic aioli. It was amazing.Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. It was paired with cherry tomato, arugula and balsamic glaze; served with grilled rustic sourdough slices. The bread was good by itself. Only two slices came with the order, our nice waiter Matt brought out three more slices. All together was the perfect blend. For lunch we ordered Smoky Bacon Burger, Bacon Egg Cheeseburger, Charleston Chicken Avocado Sandwich, and Swanky Benedict. The portion is reasonable. However, food lacked flavor, didn’t taste as good as we hoped. I guess that is the trade off for dining at a franchise restaurant. Over all, it was a great experience. We didn’t offer desserts at this time. I know that they have great desserts from our past visits. One more thing, they have a Gluten Free menu with lots of selections.Be aware that Baker’s Crust charges 3.5% of your bill for paying with Credit Card.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids menu.Parking: It can be difficult to find parking close by the restaurant. There is plenty of parking as long as you don’t mind walking.Dietary restrictions: They have a good selections on Gluten Free meals.
This place is awesome. We were struggling to find a nice brunch spot then came across here where we met Holden . Made us great mimosas and drinks. Kept GREAT energy the whole time and was very attentive. Will definitely be coming back !!Food: 5/5
This is a typical breakfast spot. The food was served quickly, but the sides, like the potatoes and bacon, weren’t hot. The Chicken Biscuit was on the dry side and lacked any sauce—it could really use an aioli or something similar. On the plus side, the Chicken Benedict and the **** Mary were quite good. Bon Appétit! Food rating: 2/5
The menu is impressive, the food is expertly prepared, and the service is quick. However, I can't give it a five-star rating because of the digital checkout device. It's yet another example of excessive technology that can frustrate customers. While it's not as bothersome as some places requiring a QR code to access the menu, it's still annoying. Just think about it: the server hands you a device you've never seen before (and you’re familiar with your own devices, not theirs) and then expects you to respond immediately while they stand over you. Can I customize the tip? Change the preset amounts? How do I do that? Where’s the button? Whatever happened to receiving a traditional check and being allowed to pay when you’re ready? Where’s the focus on the customer experience?
Great experience overall at Baker’s Crust. The pizza was delicious and the prices were ridiculous. Our server was attentive and exceeded expectations.
