Five Guys - Henrico

Quite pricey. I spent $16.00 for a small cheeseburger and fries. However, it was tasty.

The food was decent, but quite expensive. You could enjoy this restaurant occasionally, but it might be more worthwhile to buy the ingredients from the store and prepare your own meals at home.

My experiences are mostly based on my delivery pickups when I'm working on the doordash app as a delivery driver. They are normally friendly and attentive when I walk in to pick up an order. I never have to wait very long for my order to be prepared. Sometimes the order is prepared as far as the burger when I get there or it's almost completed. Any milkshakes or drinks or fries are started after I arrive so that they are fresh for the customer which is a very good thing and very few restaurants ever do that so that is quite unique and impressive. The burgers in my opinion when I go there personally are quite expensive for just a burger. They are really good but again they're really expensive for a fast food Burger

These burgers are absolutely delicious! The French fries are amazing—they remind me of the ones from my home country. The staff members are incredibly friendly; when they deliver your order, their joy is truly infectious. The atmosphere of the place is lovely; upon entering, you’re not blasted with loud rock music, which makes for a comfortable experience. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries, and let me tell you, the fries are fantastic! The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. I also tried a strawberry lemonade, which I really enjoyed, and on Saturdays, they offer even more lemonade and soda options. The restaurant is clean, and I appreciated the phrases on the walls and the chalkboard filled with children's drawings. I highly recommend it—it was a wonderful afternoon at Five Guys!

I absolutely love the burgers and am really fond of the fries as well. The only downside is the price – paying over $8 for a small burger feels a bit excessive.
