Mcdonald's - Henrico

I ordered 3 mcChickens 2 medium fry 4 hamburgers 4 pcs nuggets and a large diet coke, when i got the order i was missing 3 hamburgers and a fry i told them i was missing some hamburgers and they gave me the hamburgers, then i went to the car to eat with my family and realized we were missing a fry so i go back and tell them, once i did she said she put two inside the bag, i felt around and looked, it wasn’t there. I told her and she told someone “just give it to him so he gets out”. They are rude and they don’t give us what we ask for. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Edit, more recent review....food hot,, dining room dirty,, people laying down sleeping in booths apparently homeless. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY!! LISTEN TO THE AMOUNT OF YOUR TOTAL! IWent through the drive through and ordered 2 things off of the $3.00 menu and was given a total of $6.36. When I went to pay, I was charged $8.74. I told them the total was wrong, but she insisted to the point of almost being rude! When given a receipt, I noticed two drinks added on that I did not order. I had to wait at the food pick up window for the error to be fixed. No one apologized to me. I apologized to them, since I found out that the order I was charged for was for the car in front of us, and they paid my $6.36 bill and I was being charged for their order. The cashier's drawer was going to be short that night, but I was not going to be overcharged! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I had a delightful experience with my takeout breakfast at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also impressive, matching the high standard of the service. As for the food, I can confidently rate it a perfect 5 as well. The standout dish I would highly recommend is the Mcmuffin, which was simply delicious. With prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person, this place is not only affordable but also offers a fantastic dining experience.

I ordered two Filet-o-Fish sandwiches, but they forgot to include the fish. Today, I ordered medium fries, and I received only half a container with about 10 fries. I love McDonald's, but this particular location on Williamsburg Rd. really doesn't seem to care about the customers, the food, or the service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
