Mcdonald's - Henrico

They gave me only half of my order and I only noticed after leaving. Because it was close to the closing time, I called. You said someone would wait for me after graduation to give me the rest of my order. I came less than 5 minutes after closing, and no one was there. During the ride I noticed that someone got into the building (the manager). She said the best she could do is give me the next day. She didn't offer me my money for the food I didn't get. I'm not going out to **** her anymore.

Good food good prices. My new fave article is the caramel frappe

I don't know what happened, but these Mcdonalds have developed strongly over the years, not sure if their new management, but breakfast time here is the best. Always clean, always friendly, ready. The food was better than all the other McDonalds I visited before.

They took our order made us wait in the car then came out and told us they didn't have what we wanted. They could have told us that when we ordered.
