Feedback gevenThe best place. My family went to brunch on Saturday morning. Never crowded and never served late. It is a relaxing and eating tasting good. It's one of the best places to go. I gave four stars because I saw pieces of bread on the table.
If they want to eat terrible food and bad customer service, please come here! I am a long time Panera customer and this place has changed my mind, I do not think that I will give in future my money to this place, I have seen better prepared food at mcdonald’s. the worst part is, panera is quite expensive, but the personal treats it like low end fast food, please spend their money elsewhere
Your employee Jane is simply fantastic! She noticed me looking distressed and immediately asked if everything was alright. I had mistakenly placed my order in the wrong spot, but Jane quickly took care of it for me without any issues, allowing me to get back to work promptly. She truly is amazing - make sure to recognize her!
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was quick, I only had to wait a few minutes to order. My order was accurate, including the special requests I made, and the food was served at the right temperature. The staff was friendly and professional.
Ordered for pick up later in the evening, long after rush hour. If you look at the receipt, it says ?modified? in black, bold, indicating a modification to arguably the world?s simplest order. ?No feta?. That?s it. At the bottom it says ?Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know?. The sandwich you see there is full of chunks of what? Feta. Called the restaurant to ?let a manager know? (apparently I?m the only person in this equation who can read), and it just rang and rang and then dropped my call. Lol. They were also out of baguettes, which is hilarious, because that?s the ?bread? in ?Panera Bread?. You shouldn?t have people who can?t read orders, churning out food. And if you do, then someone?s should check the orders (not marked as checked). And if you can?t do that, then pick up the phone during business hours and make it right by your customer. It?s just after 8pm on a Monday. A good hour after the last dinner rush, and a solid hour before closing.
