Terraza - Henrico

Placed an online pickup order and showed up to a closed restaurant along with 15 other people standing in the parking lot. I understand restaurants are perpetually short staffed right now and things happen but maybe turn your online ordering off if you’re going to unexpectedly close? Also had to dispute the charge with my credit card because nobody is answering the phone.

One of my husband and I's favorite Mexican restaurants in Richmond. Easy and convenient. Wish outdoor eating/the patio was open more often.Parking: Easy parking lot in front of the restaurant with about 15-20 spots. I've never had an issue parking here.

We were prepared for long waits for a table and service but what we received was awful food and a margarita that didn't contain alcohol. We will not return here I told the cashier we had a horrible date night here. We tried to get a beer at the bar the bartenders were busy making drinks out of buckets not sanitary at all. That was a 25 minute wait. These margaritas did not have any alcohol in them. We told our server and I asked to pour a shot in it. They charged us all different prices for beer the same bottle of beer Corona. We ordered frajitas that looked like someone chewed them and they were not even sizzling. We sent it back u also give customers only two tortillas nonscence. My enchiladas were nasty along with the rice. The meat tasted like it was boiled and shredded without seasoning. What topped the cake was all customers in there were also not happy. Some walked out and others complained. Your a management was too busy trying to get women's numbers then helping out the restaurant. When we received our check they added 18 percent gratuity for a party of two I kept the paper menu and went to the website the restaurant does not state this anywhere. I hope you like being deceitful to your customers because someday you may not have any.

The Mexican food is excellent and is moderately priced. The waitstaff was wonderful and they offered suggestions and took good care of our table. They also have attractive outdoor seating.Food: 5/5

Really good!!i got a torta; which was really good! you can add either beef, grilled chicken, or fried. lots of toppings and light too!the other dishes were made well and the atmosphere is really nice, along with the service .
