Steak 'n Shake - Henrietta

Every time I visit this restaurant, I find it to be dirty. It seems they don't prioritize cleanliness, perhaps because the next Steak 'n Shake is quite a distance away. I was really looking forward to its opening, but between the lack of hygiene and the fact that their ice machine was out of order during my last visit—meaning they couldn't make shakes—I have significantly lowered my expectations for this place.

Hot and fresh burger and fries nice and fast I enjoyed it

Here is only disgusting! my man and I ordered a simple hamburger and hotdog with fritten. bleh! the hotdog was soaked, the pommes were so dry .. seriously the worse pommes I had lived in all my life, and my man was not fan of his burger. also the service was terrible.? not here! I'm not here!

Purchased a bacon burger w/fries. It was delicious. Just needed napkins.

I have traveled through this spot twice now and this place is always dirty. The staff practices poor customer service (in at least acknowledging customers). Took about 15 minutes to make a spoon mixed milk shake. Manger better wake up or be replaced.
