Came here about 1115pm on 18 Jun 2024. Upon entering I was greeted and everything and was told I could sit at the bar. Upon sitting at the bar I was told to move seats because of the cleaning going on, then I had to move again due to more cleaning. I decided to move from the bar completely with the bartender mumbling under her breath along with the hostess. My waitress after a few minutes decided to come over from talking to her regular or whoever he was and take my order. After that I haven't seen her for nearly 12 minutes to take my order( see picture of stop watch) as she was too distracted with the other customer. I decided to take my food to go out of pure frustration and poor customer service. The main thing I did not like was the fact that the waitress took my debit card to the back after the transaction was complete. I asked her where do they proces cards; as she came back to my table, and she pointed at the front registers. I'm slightly worried about this suspicious behavior but know the first place to look in case something happens. Please improve your customer service guys... thanks

I visited this location today and was very disappointed. The only reason I am giving it a 1 star rating is because I can't give them a zero. That's exactly what we got..ZERO service. We arrived and were taken to our seat. We waited 20 minutes and no one came over, no one got our drink order or anything. They were not that busy at all...and we saw 2 or 3 girls not waiting on any tables. When we got up to leave the waitress came over but said nothing no concern that we were leaving. She actually started spraying and wiping the table down. We left and went to the Jonesboro location and recieved superb service and absolutely delicious food.

I was given spoiled wings. The waitress didn’t seem surprised. This location needs to be inspected.

Went here with some guys from work as our Wednesday family night . First time was fantastic even though it was late and empty, waitress was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Went again recently, different waitress. She was not nearly as attentive as the other, nice when she was around but spent most of her time entertaining a guy sitting at the bar by himself. Took a good while to get checks, and no offer of to-go drinks. Won 't name anyone because I don 't want them in trouble. Just hope to see things improve next time.

Bartender Cami made me feel like a local right off the bat. Kitchen staff got the food out correctly and in a good time. The restaurant could use a better maintenance program. none of the hooters look like they have been refurbished in decades) this one was better than some but curb appeal was lacking.
