Chain restaurant in a commercial area, so no surprise. 1:00 a.m. on Saturday... the long waiting starts: to order, then to have the dishes... you have to occupy the children in the ambient noise. The dishes come, the pizzas are correct... even if in the meantime we have already finished the drinks scheduled for the meal. The team is nice but overwhelmed by the world. Servers run, go up and go down the markets. Why isn’t there a flat setup in this restaurant on 2 levels? The addition is very correct no surprise... A correct restaurant if you're out of shopping, but not if you're in a hurry...
We came with family: 2 adults and 3 children including a baby. The top welcome, well placed and very quickly served. Flat level, no disappointment, in line with the chain. Special mention to Océane who was in care with us.
What to say... service was catastrophic. The waitress comes to order the children only do not take ours! Finally after 20 minutes another waitress returns with dishes that were not ordered. We remind him that no one has taken our order of dishes. So she goes to the kitchen to change the dishes and order the good ones! Then our order has arrived at the end of 40/45 min but for my part a cold ride that will have to iron through the kitchen without counting the hair I found in my salad. All that really bad, kids' pasta was dry. Plus the waitress opens the bottle but don't serve us! Well, well, I'll never come back again. The only positive point is that in the face of their organization, they had a free trade gesture of -20% on the addition. It was appreciated. Thank you.
We go to this restaurant between 2/3 times a month, sometimes the wait is a bit long but following the waitress or waitress it changes! Our usual waitress is Greta and we are very happy with her smile her kindness and her speed!
