Peet's Coffee - Hercules

I went in and ordered an iced caramel macchiato but received a hot macchiato instead. It spilled all over me because it didn’t have the right lid, which was really frustrating, especially since I have arachibutyrophobia.

We were eager to try this restaurant after reading a variety of mixed reviews. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we learned that the only way to order coffee was through the drive-thru, a point that several reviews had cautioned about. With some hesitation, we proceeded to the drive-thru. Thankfully, the staff was friendly, and we were able to get our coffee and treats smoothly. Overall, it turned out to be a pleasant experience, and our initial worries about using the drive-thru were unfounded. However, we did feel like we aged a bit while waiting!

The restaurant seems to be working through some issues. I've used the drive-thru several times, and while it has been quite slow on a few occasions, they did get my order wrong once. However, the staff has always been friendly and quick to fix any mistakes. I plan to adjust my initial rating after a few more visits.

The location is fantastic! The restaurant is spacious and clean, and they serve excellent coffee along with even better pastries. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff greeting me on every visit. The service is quick and accurate, making each of my visits a perfect experience.

The service was fantastic, and the drinks were excellent. I really appreciate having a drive-thru option!
