Loved the food and it's so cozy!!! Loved the interior and the overall ambience as well. The food was so brilliant, I had a 3 course Christmas meal. Service and food excellent. Great Guinness. I came across this pub as I was searching for somewhere to stop for a quick pint of Guinness. The girl at the bar could easily have served me my pint and left me to it, but she offered me a seat on a comfy sofa by the fireplace gave me a free bag of crisps, I was delighted. She asked if I might like some chips or a snack from the bar menu. I was in such a good mood at this stage I agreed and the food was great. All the serving staff were superb, even the waitresses that didn’t take my order stopped by to ask if everything was ok. A lot of places could learn from the customer service I got here. Stopped by for a pint of Guinness and left having bought a meal and pudding. Highly recommend.

Great place for Sunday lunch. Went with family and had an amazing time. Chris was a fantastic host. The food was very good, had the beef which was well cooked and very tasty, the service was faultless and everyone enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. Highly recommended and we will be back.
