Brooks Country House

I booked a table for the afternoon and it was absolutely delicious. The sandwiches were beautifully presented and the cakes were light and tasty. The service was excellent.

One night with my two young nies, stayed in the big horse box and they loved it! cleverly renovated, surprisingly luxurious and very quirky. large furnished for families, food wise there is a beautiful menu for adults, but they also for children. excellent breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful ground. we loved the pleasant things like the playroom, billard room etc. would highly recommend and want to return in summer!

Well what a place. Fantastic location with some lovely views . The rooms are great.. we stayed in the courtyard rooms as I'm disabled and they were very nicely laid out with walk in shower/wet room. Very easy for me to get around. The only thing lacking was some grab handles in the shower, but that's nit picking. The food was very nice and freshly cooked, and the breakfast.. well what can i say.. probably the best one I've had. All cooked to order.. and while it's being cooked there is a selection of homemade muesli and granola. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Overall a very nice couple of days.
