The Monument - Herefordshire, County of

After waiting for several minutes, the restaurant was quiet with plenty of staff present, at least 5 or 6 that I noticed. However, our food still had not arrived and we were mistakenly brought someone else's order. This was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Staff are friendly and always smiley when serving. Great selection of drinks. Very busy in band nights. Great atmosphere

Once again, A wonderful evening, freshly cooked food. Drinks brought to us. Every staff member is polite and friendly, several times asked if all was okay with food, Service second to non. 5*

Food very average and service very slow and abrupt. Ordered via app. Waited 20mins and no drinks came out. Had to query staff and got abrupt answer that they were busy when in fact they were just serving people not using the app who were paying at the bar. Drinks came out wrong. Then told 45min wait for food so another 25min and food appeared 5 mins later?, Staff interaction really poor especially from the so called manager. Can’t recommend and won’t be going back anytime.

The restaurant is quite good. Although I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, I can't complain because it was busy. I highly recommend trying their wraps.
