Dunkin' - Herkimer

Very friendly, clean and coffee was fresh. It took a 20-minute drive to get away from the Dunkin in my area. Bathroom was even shockingly clean, a being/her toilet. Shocked!

Well, it's Dunkin', so the coffee is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding.

My wife and I are really going to miss you, Billy Joe. You're such a positive person who brings smiles and laughter to everyone around you. We always enjoyed our visits to your workplace, and it's hard to say goodbye. On a different note, I wanted to mention that today we were served by two people, but in the future, it might be wise to have a team of three. It can get quite crowded, and we've seen times when there were as many as 13 customers at once. Instead of overburdening a smaller team, it would help to have enough staff to manage the flow, perhaps around 12 to 18. Lastly, I only ordered a mint tea, but by the time I reached the car, I was feeling unwell. Just seven sips were enough to make me feel sick. I hope this feedback is helpful!
