For people expecting decent experience from a place called Zameček, it’s a total disappointment. The rooms are very small and the walls that on booking are described as soundproof !!! are one of the thinnest I’ve ever came along in hotels. You can literally hear neighbors snoring and making any step next door, as well as on the corridor. There’s no table or shelf in the room also in the bathroom . No fridge, no chair, no place for your stuff just the floor . They have ONE kettle for the whole hotel so forget about hot drink in the room. Laundry is not possible. The breakfast is only full at 9. Those who come later eat leftovers the staff is rude, doesn’t want to add anything that you ask for “ because it went out”. And all this for a price of 4 star hotel or a real castle apartment. Also it’s not logical to set check out time just as the breakfast ends 10am , there are absolutely no negotiations about it. Opposite Zameček there’s a really good restaurant ! Highly recommended. Restaurant at Zameček is always empty..

Thank you very much to all the staff in Zamecek. It was really very pleasant experience the almost home like but still very professional approach was amazing. The rooms are maybe smaller, but perfectly clean and maintained. We enjoined our stay in all aspect including the amazing food. Thank you.
