We placed an order on 11/05 for meals for my family. We only received 2 meals and mchildrens beef noodles never came. We only noticed it once we got home (we stay in Kleinmond) on 17/05 when we visited Hermanus again. We went back to the store to clarify and explain the situation, also explaining that we stay in Kleinmond. We were told that is was too late and that we should've driven back from Kleinmond that same evening to rectify the situation. We ordered with the lady, paid by the lady, she gave us our food and tried rectifying the situation with her. I find this extremely unprofessional and poor service. Got the Tempura platter and it was delicious! More a place for a takeaway than dine-in. Very rustic set up but great sushi.
