El Toro Loco - Hermitage

This place exceeded my expectations! I visited on a Sunday, and while the restaurant is small, it was bustling with activity. We only had to wait about five minutes for a table. The venue is very clean and beautifully organized. Our waiter was fantastic—so friendly and respectful! The drinks were excellent, and the food was delicious! I will say that the portion sizes felt a bit small; I didn't leave completely full, and I'm usually someone who takes leftovers home, but not this time. Despite that, I still highly recommend this place! I will definitely be returning!

The waitress was friendly and accommodating when I accidentally mixed up my order. She quickly helped me switch to a similar dish without any issues. The prices were also quite reasonable—my bill for two appetizers, a main course, a drink, and a meat side came to less than $40 (specifically around $36 or $39). Plus, I received a 20% discount on the original total, making it even cheaper than that. One thing to note is that the menu prices in the photos differ from what I saw in person, with about a $4 discrepancy. So, just a heads up: it might be worth checking the 2022 menu for accurate pricing. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try!

I visited during peak hours on a Friday and was seated right away. The service was excellent, and our food arrived promptly. I really enjoyed both the food and service. We had Jalisco nachos, an Island Margarita, and a Mango Margarita (the mango one was fantastic)!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat something last night. We did a Google search and found El Toro. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I am so glad that went away because I tell you that this place is by far the best Mexican food around!!! Food was so good I even told the owner how amazing the food was and our waiter was excellent!! I can't believe we live so close to this place and never have eaten here. Please go to El Toro Loco, you will not be disappointed!!

I really like this little place. They have outdoor seating which is cute. My tacos were on the soggy side so I kind of had to just pick at them with my fork. But service was great and the place was packed. I would definitely go again.
