Memaw’s Shake Shack - Hermitage

The food was pretty good, the service was excellent, and the dining area was clean and brightly lit. I ordered the western burger and onion rings, and I definitely plan on ordering them again. The waitress was very polite, checked on us multiple times, and promptly refilled our drinks.

The first time I had eaten there, had chicken strips there and fries great eating great atmosphere, a little expensive, but really good

I love this restaurant. The food is always delicious, no matter how busy they are. They treat customers well and serve them quickly, ensuring the food is served hot!

Food was great. Shakes and malts were awesome as well. Service was great, food came out quick, prices weren’t bad. My kids loved it, too. Will definitely go back; highly recommended!

Always friendly service. Big fresh chef salad, a hot plump chicken strip, and sweet potato fries. They have a separate sweets menu. I was to full.
