The Beirut Mix - Hermosa Beach

This food is the real deal. We ordered a gyros plate and skewers (lamb, beef and chicken). Comes with rice and two sides. The flavors were fantastic You order and food is brought to your table. Generous portions. ParkIng was the only challenge at a small strip mall. We are definitely going back. We'd passed by here weekly for months and finally found a parking spot when we decided to give them a try. We've gone back and tried other entrees. Lots of choices. Good quality reasonably priced. Check it out.

Terrible food and service no wonder they closed very rude owner. Bad experience and I wouldn't try it again since 6 years ago.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I am a huge fan of their rotisserie chicken. It was freaking delicious! Why are you reading this, just go get some. I usually get the rotisserie chicken with fries and hummus. If I'm with a couple friends I'll add a special order of humus with beef. It's totally worth getting it, eating it with pita bread just makes it even more delicious. The service is excellent and friendly. We got our food in a fairly quick time. I don't know what else to say, it's a truly good spot to visit. Parking can be rough but still worth it.

I hate to give a one star, but since they have been inconsistent in both their service and food it's hard to give them anything else. I believe patience is a virtue, but unfortunately after repeatedly trying to place an order/non-stop calling, for the past 2 hours (I wish I was exaggerating) both me and my patience gave up. I have tried multiple times, on different days and hours but to no success. And yes, I was calling when they were open and during peak lunch/dinner service. On the rare occasion, that I was able to successfully place an order, I found the food to be mediocre at best and the waiter a scam. When it was time for us to pay, the waiter conveniently decided he should be rewarded for his off-putting service by tipping himself 18%. Without my consent or approval. Mind you all he did was take our order over the phone. I ALWAYS tip, regardless of service given but I believe it should be a choice not scammed onto you. This is not how you run a business. You don't scam people, you don't advertise you're open when you're clearly not and you hire employees that actually care about your business not the current manager.

Excellent Mediterranean food! We came across this place when our son asked for Mediterranean food after exploring the Torrance Antique Show. We are SO glad we found this place (thank you, Yelp! Small restaurant, definitely not meant for large partiea, but was perfect doe the 3 of us. The food was GREAT. Everything we had was so good. This is our #1 Med food place in the area now. We will be back many times.
