They have changed the recipe for the affenbrot ice cream three times in the last few years, but the latest change is simply disgusting. I thought maybe it was just a bad charge when I first got a cup of the new recipe, but that wasn't the case. They cut chilled French toaststicks probably the generic type of kroger or walmart and mix them with ice cream. the result is ice cream with soggy french toast sticks. both taste and texture are terrible. I couldn't eat both of them. I picked up this, but they were really arrogant about it. I hate to write negative reviews about local restaurants. shopping is so important to me. I did not complain when they changed another recipe and it began to try more, how to load bought ice cream, but after this last experience with customer service and eating I felt it important to share my experience.

Will not go back. I'm here several times in the past, but this time they messed up everything. I asked about malt and paid, and they gave me hand-created ice and said they don't make a malt for this ice, although the last 5 or 6 times I got it, it was a malt. that was the wizard who said they didn't make it. he doesn't even know his product. I have a fried chicken salad that cost 13 and was the quality of something from mcdonald’s. my girlfriend got kesefries with speck that sounds good, but for 15 it should be a full, box the rider to go, but instead she got a small hot dog box that wasn't even full. there was hardly any cheese and the little bac9n was not even cut open. I refuse to go back until the owner decides to learn his product, they announce extraordinary prizes for shredded quality, and actually declare that they don't do anything instead of waiting until I pay!

The creative is great, but the soft portion leaves much to be desired. they make it with heavy impact cream instead of with milk and it leaves a vigilant coating on the inside of the mouth of all extra fat. I stopped getting very soft.

I was hoping there was a great lunch. it was disappointed to say the least. the hustle and bustle steak sandwich ordered. the flesh was rather a cheap steak torn. the flesh was hard at the edges, which makes me that the flesh is old and it had a taste. I took two bites.

They have a lot going on so be sure to check your order and make sure its correct. Food is so good and the people are very sweet! Huge menu so many good and unique items. With the milkshakes, there are a lot of toppings and they will go straight to the bottom of the cup btw
