Pho Vietfresh - Herndon

We ordered Pho (large size bowl) and a grill pork banh mi sandwich. First impression: quality and quantity of the dishes are both great. The ingredients are nice and fresh. The amount of food is also plentiful. The pho broth is hardy with a great flavor of umami and savoriness. The cinnamon in the broth is not overwhelming at all. The brother is more cloudier than other pho places but does not take away from the taste. You really don’t need the additional hoisin sauce as it is plenty salty.The banh mi is really two sandwiches. The grilled pork is nice and tender with the right amount of seasoning. The richness of the pork is balanced with the bright brininess of daikon and carrot mixture. Overall, both pho and the sandwiches were very enjoyable.I wish I could say the same about the service. One server’s attitude and responses to our inquiries clearly shows that she has no desire to be there. She hardly checked on us. Constantly on her phone and her answers were mumbled and short when we reached out. The service definitely was less desired.

I also think this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Virginia.It's a little slow due to lack of staff, and the location is a bit far, but it's worth it. We would appreciate it if you paid a little more attention to table hygiene.And the rice noodle soup is too lukewarm. Please serve it hot.

This place is amazing, pho soup is very rich in flavor compare to some of the other pho places around. Pork chop rice is amazing. Very large portions compare to other pho place.

Been wanting to try this Pho restaurant. Fresh ingredients, big portions and modern decorations; seafood pho was good ? they also have bubble tea

Skimping on spices both for pho and Bun Bo Hue is not a good idea as it takes away the authenticity of these meals.
