Despite one of the drinks (Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe) having a taste that wasn't quite right, the Barista cheerfully made a replacement that was perfect!???????? Very good Starbucks!????????
I stop by here every time I?m in the area when I?m craving a sweet beverage. To say that service or quality is consistently great, it?s not. BUT, I find this location very convenient as it has a drive-thru. I jump on the occasional beverage trend and try different drinks once in a while, but generally my go-to is a refresher or caramel Frappuccino (extra caramel, don?t judge me). Be warned the line can get super long in the blink of an eye so make sure you?re not in a rush because there?s no way to get out once you?re in line. I?ve also tried some of their breakfast sandwiches and pastries, but I?d have to say the iced lemon loaf is by far my favorite. Overall, nice and friendly staff. I plan to keep supporting the business provided they continue to make improvements on a consistent basis.
Generally a friendly Starbucks, but frequently rushed with long drive thru lines. Often my order needs to be replaced, which is a complete hassle for a basic cold brew. Honestly there is a better Starbucks 7minutes away on Elden St.
This Starbucks is so weird. Just getting inside you have to navigate the seemingly always preset UN convention of people loitering outside. It?s like some sort of weird Nigerian refugee camp or something. Waiting to pick up my order the staff made no attempt to tell me they were running behind and working on my Togo order. Then the barista made wise cracks about my name. I do not have an unusual name. Never going back.
The young lady at the drive through (Phoebe) was rolling.... the other two.... eh, wandering around looking busy . I went inside because I drive a manual and didn 't want to spill coffee and drive away and bother the next person in line... instead I just stood inside watching the drive through get served one after another. After about 5 minutes, I finally saw someone else start to actually move...
