Subway - Herndon

The parking lot can be busy but there is a garage. The store was clean. Friendly staff and I had the southwest wrap. The men's room was mostly clean but had some TP on the floor. Food was good. They have some really nice chairs by the window in my photo.

I went to this location and order a sandwich on Italian bread, the lady told me she was not selling me that kind of bread because she got it out of the oven 10 minutes ago and she was not going to burn her hands!! Working in a restaurant I know that 10 minutes and gloves on your hands are not going to burn your hands!! Not coming back to this location!!

Got the same sandwich I normally get at any other subway (Italian bread, ham and pepperoni, lettuce and pickles) and when asked about dressings told them none. Woman making my sandwich seemed to be doing the sandwich up so I looked down to get my card out and looked up hissy in time to see her sneak mayo on it. I'm a picky eater and typically don't eat anything with mayo but I was hungry and ate it anyway but that sort of thing could've ended VERY badly if I had an allergy to any ingredient in mayo and is not at all acceptable for someone in the food industry to do. If she did that to someone with, say, a major allergy to eggs she could've inadvertantly killed them by sneaking in mayo. Sandwich was still decent though, wasn't enough to affect the taste too terribly much, but I very much prefer it if when I say NOT to put something on there, like dressings of any kind, that it be respected and made my way. I mean heck, its subway, I'm supposed to have it my way anyway!

This Subway location was very disappointing. Employees were very unwelcoming. They did not have Swiss cheese available. The soda dispenser did not have ice. Ice was in a bucket right next to it. I don't plan on coming back.

This Subway at Worldgate Herndon, VA is selling...dark, spoiled apple juices with residue. They several bottles of these drinking which may cause a health hazard. After taking it back and complaining..the employees mentioned there is no store manager available so I should send the picture to the Subway district manager DEVI. I sent it to her but got no response. Avoid this store.
