Unfortunately very unfriendly and incompetent in the way with guests! we have always ordered and taken along. today we decided to have delivered to the house and on the phone was not much said / it was not spoken by perseverance! I took 30 minutes-45 min as usual. after 1 hour I called to ask if we still have the pizza. they can be forgotten. there was unfortunately a discussion. instead of saying that much is to be done and that it takes longer than usual. a simple excuse would have been enough! Instead, I was accused of being bad and it would only work people there. what I know! only if the stress there I can't see it and ask if it takes too long?! I have exactly on my display the time when I called there and the unfriendly worker on the phone who was completely overwhelmed, I would have called 30-40 minutes ago! when what he seemed too right to him and what I said was wrong or lied. we wanted to eat about 18 o'clock and not only at seven. I ordered around 17:37 and called to ask about 18:40, and I should order elsewhere because I asked and because it was too hard to say an apology for the long waiting period! a set would have been enough: we're sorry that today is a lot going on. instead of attacking guests/customers on the phone!

Wait for the ordered pizza 2 std. was also cold. after half an hour came new pizza. ham tastes sour.

Apart from that, I find the pizzas already offered on the menu not very boring. enzo is and remains cult in herne, no matter who you ask. you sit in a more sociable round and consider where to order something to eat, everyone says immediately at enzo! . all ingredients are fresh, and also the nudes are excellent! I prefer to eat the homemade canelloni and the ravioli, which remind of the size rather of maul bags. In addition, when ordering a delivery you can also ask that the driver still bring zigarets from kiosk next door that would certainly not do everyone. : but also in front of location you can sit and eat well, even if the load is not really big, but that makes it a little more cozy.
