Arby's - Herrin

The food is amazing.. I always get enough of everything and it's not throw together like they don't care..

Food is always 50/50Loved the cut up chicken strips in bbq sauce as boneless wings. ??‍

Kudos to Arby's for changing the slider buns. What a pleasant surprise, the sliders were GREAT. Service was fast the order contained everything I asked for.

We were given undercooked food. I have never had pink roast beef from Arby's. We had takeout, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They didn't even bother to give us new sandwiches and said this was normal/cooked correctly. We went back home and ended up having to microwave the meat. I made the mistake of putting it back on the same bun rather than using fresh bread. Now I have stomach cramps 2 hours later. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with fast food.

This location was super clean. The staff was amazing friendly. They got the order out very timely. Thank you for having a great team during our visit!
