Chick-fil-a - Hershey

Chick fill A in the park. Crowded but fast. Clean when we went. Service was great. They were nice. Sold the best chocolate milk to the kids over soda????????

Probably one of the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. It?s not a pleasure to write this feedback. This store is too busy and the management have no system to manage the crowd. The line is out the door and all teenager employees have PTSD from theorder rush at the counter. I felt bad for them. At minimum, there should be at least three employees with tablets taking orderat the line BEFORE customers get to the counter. Treat the line as a drive through. This will avoid mad rush to order and groupof people hanging out at the counter waiting for their food.

Excellent food and very friendly service a little slow and crowded but that's to be expected. Food was very fresh and there were people busy attempting to clean the dining room constantly. Again great service considering how there is always a line to comeinto here. Usually the line for Chick-fil-A at the park goes out the door LOL. I also like the outdoor tables maybe not so muchin the phone when it's a little chilly but in the summer these are great

Best chicken minus Texas of course. I wish they'd hurry up and finalize NO msg in their food or bring back the original Chick-fil-A sauce. Better tasting and better for your health. Overall best fast food !!!

Very disappointed with my experience. Spent over $100 and half the order was missing. The worker's literally laughed in everyone's face (young kids) because of course it wasn't just our meal that was messed up at the time we had an issue there wasat least 7 different familes that also had issues and everyone was extremely frustrated as the staff acted as if they did notcare at all and just continued to take more and more orders and have everyone just waiting. Just for the stuff that was missingfrom our order took well over 20 mins therefore my entire meal was then cold, wasn't happy about that either. The manager onduty however was very understanding and kind she did replace the missing items as well as give us a refund (still waiting forthat to actually go through though so not positive if it was actually done or not). Very disappointing especially whenChick-fil-a is one of your favorite fast food restaurants.
