Feedback gevenI would never order from this establishment again. I cannot believe how rude and awful the manager of this place is. The owner/s need to reconsider the level of customer service if they want to please customers.
I made a reservation for a table for 12 people for my son's birthday and requested 2 high chairs. When I arrived, they informed me that I had only ordered one high chair. I insisted that I had ordered 2, as I have twins. Unfortunately, another family also needed a high chair at the same time. I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the staff's arrogance and attitude, as if I had made the mistake and not the person who took my booking. It was difficult to imagine how my one-year-old twins would eat without a high chair, especially since the second high chair had a missing strap. If it had not been for my son's birthday, we would have left. It is a shame because we used to enjoy dining here, but we will be going elsewhere now. The staff could benefit from some lessons in customer service, as they clearly lack it.
Me and my girlfriend attended this venue to enjoy some crepes, we have been numerous times and never had an issue at all. on todays visit, we ordered 2 crepes, 1x curly fry and 2 cokes, when the food turned up, we had an extra portion of curly fries there which we were told we had ordered when we definitely hadn 't. further to this, the 2 cokes had not been put through the order so we had to wait to have some drinks brought out to us. Both of these issues are minor and not really something to complain about or even get too bothered about. However, when I was eating my crepe, which was basically a crepe wrapped around a banana, i cut through the crepe and found a very large thick hair within the food. I called over the staff who said in quite a moody voice i will just replace it , I told them that i didn 't even want a replacement as this did quite put me off of my food. I had already eaten the curly fries and coke by this point so I was quite full up. They did take this crepe off of the bill, however there still was no apology about the hair being in the food. This again isnt that bad but all of these small error in customer service and professionalism have now made me question going back to the venue. Not to mention the fact there was a massive hair in the food. all in all i am very disappointed by the service and quality. Hopefully the manager can see this review and im hoping there will be some added focus on quality checks of the food and customer service training.
We ordered a take away my son has a sesame allergy so we asked if the buns had sesame seed they said yes so we ordered 3 burgers and one burger without a bun . We collected our order When we got home we discovered that the buns didn’t even have sesame seeds in the first place and instead of the burger they just gave us an empty bun . When we called up they said they couldn’t deliver so my so. Had an empty burger bun ! When we checked our bill they charged us £5.00 for an empty bun I had to give mine to my son and made myself pasta terrible customer service and dreadful quality food worst lunch I’ve had I. A very long time disgusting
Late night trip for some pancakes, plenty of options and fast service. Quirky interior which is slightly dated but just adds to it. Pancakes and milkshakes were delicious
