St. James Bar - Herzogenaurach

On the occasion of our overnight stay in the hotel herzogspark we were eating in the james bar. we had a really very good 4-course menu and a beautiful silvaner at an overall reasonable price. the oberkellnerin was a real convincer who stood us with a lot of know-how in the selection. resümee: absolutely try!

It is surprising that there are no positive reviews for the really excellent (of course also open for non-hotel guests) bar of the herzogspark. because what the passionate bartender igor serves here really stands out from all the cut cocktails you get elsewhere. Whether classics like caipirinha, margarita and co or igors award-winning special creations. these drinks are an experience. it is almost always quiet here, i.e. ideally suited for a confidential conversation in business or even private frame. and yes: it's a few euro more expensive than elsewhere in and around herzogenaurach. but the prices are not lifted and are still ok in the national comparison.
