Feedback gevenWe placed an order via the DOMINO’S website at 1:10 p.m. and we received it at 2:40 p.m.! That's an hour and a half of waiting, all to receive pizza and side dishes that are completely dry and cold! For an order over 40€ this is strictly unacceptable! Furthermore, no gesture was made to at least excuse this inconvenience! This is the first one we've ordered there and it will be the last! To flee!!! Service: Delivery
This restaurant is a disaster. They accept the order, then a little over an hour later, seeing nothing arrive, I call them: “ah no but we’re not going to deliver, we already have too many orders”. Great, don't warn us! So I ask for a refund: “normally you will be refunded at some point” I will skip over the 4 times where I was hung up on and the disastrous customer service. In short, run away! Two weeks ago, I ordered 2 pizzas in delivery. From the call I realize that I call at the time of fire, my speaker forgot to give me the rate and the delivery time before hanging up. After 45 minutes, I remember because I had not received anything yet. So I decided to go there to solve this concern. for those who read this comment, you wonder why I put 5 stars? When a company makes a big volume it is strictly impossible that there is never a problem. I consider that we recognize the quality of a business in managing these problems. on the spot even if I feel the team is stressed by this situation, I am greeted with respect and with the smile. Not only did I have two pizzas (succulents in the way) and I was offered a commercial gesture that made me more than satisfied. I point out that I am a relatively regular customer of the sign and that it was my only incident. I would therefore like to congratulate the manager and his team on their management of the situation. cordially
Valentine's weekend. order at 19h24, without news, first call at 20h15. The very nice and pro dealer on the phone tells me the delivery is on the way. 8:35 Still no one, I decide to call. There were two clients before us. the person responsible for the delivery arrived shortly afterwards. So yes, pizza was no longer very hot, even hot. but given the current context, the weekend time is worthless, it is understandable. Thank you for your service. Thanks to the team. You're brave!
