A1 Grill, Teriyaki Roll - Hesperia

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. If you enjoy sushi, I would recommend avoiding this place. The chicken was of poor quality, and instead of actual pieces of fish, the rolls were filled with spicy tuna paste. Despite my love for sushi, I couldn't even finish three bites of the rolls I had ordered. Spending $61 on a lunch of rolls and a bowl, only to waste 90% of it due to the low quality ingredients and bad taste, was a huge disappointment. It's unclear why they didn't use fresh fish.

I ordered a surf and turf roll. It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back here. The sushi was also fantastic.

If you enjoy teriyaki bowls, this is the place to go. There are many chain places, but this one has this blow. They're advertising sushi rolls. I didn't try them personally, but my children have and they have ordered them again and again. I wish they had offered brown rice. If you can live with white rice, this place is so good or better, then most. Stay classic!

Their bowls are pretty good, although the beef can sometimes be chewy, other times upright sour. I'm not sure if it's the way the beef is prepared or fed, but it's weird. The offered sushi is okay, though a bit expensive. All in all not the best Teriyaki joint in the area, but leagues better than your local Waba grill.

Delicious grilled teriyaki chicken. The veggies were perfect. The fruit was crisp. The AC works fantastically. The service was awesome. The music station they are tuned into ?is the Best? God Bless all of you??
