Juice It Up - Hesperia

I had an AMAZING experience. Nice worker (Amber) really helped me with my order. Great customer service. Great smoothies. I would totally come again!

I order eight smoothies at a time about once a week, I think something is wrong with these kids working there, they made all my smoothies with water! So I waited for mire to be made snd still two had no sweetness at all. I?ve had many mistakes here. They have bad attitudes as well.

Went in waited in line. When it was my turn to order the young man, didn't say anything to me turn his back to me and walked off and start juicing carrots. No employee acknowledged me. I stood there about 3 minutes. I walked out. Won't be going back.

I used to like ordering here consistently, but literally the last three times I've went, I usually wait 5 or more minutes longer on my order while everyone else's gets processed faster with even more items. I usually wait because I don't think it should be necessary for me to have to complain. Once the order was placed and never called out and I had to wait for literally 20 minutes for a single bowl and it wasn't until I checked the counter carefully that my order was actually done long ago. Why am I upset about this? Well.... I was standing there for literally 20 minutes in the store and they didn't mention a thing...so...yea, customer service could be just a tad better ?

Ordered an ever green and dazzle dazzle and they both tasted like they were made up of 90% sugar. At $7 for a drink you would expect it to at least have noticeable amounts of fruits rather than sugar syrup.
