Pizza Factory - Hesperia

I requested the salad bar to be replenished about three times, but the staff in the back didn’t seem very friendly. The soda machines were out of order, and most of the arcade games didn’t work either. I didn’t notice any employees cleaning or checking in with the guests to see if we needed anything. The salad bar was just okay, but the pizza was good. The guy at the front was quite nice. Please improve the service, keep the place clean, and remember to smile!

The staff here are genuinely friendly and do their best to ensure you have a great experience. The pizza, breadsticks, and salad are all delicious. It is a bit on the expensive side, but you definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend this place!

The food was excellent, but the restaurant was unfortunately dirty. During our visit, the staff member seemed to be cleaning, but it was clear that more attention was needed. The floors were uneven, and the trash bins were in such poor condition (as shown in the pictures) that I hesitated to throw anything away. Additionally, the soda machine had some questionable hygiene issues. It's such a shame, as the food really was great!

So we clearly ordered onion pineapples and peppers and laid olives. I called and the manager starts to go seriously about how it unfortunately says olives at the end, so basically I can't do anything and I? Like me? What do you mean? I don't even like olives. I liked the way she handled it and I didn't want to go back and forth, so I just never said anything. This is a very regrettable first experience.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of a dinner at the pizza factory. The young people who waited on us were pleasant, professional and the food was delicious. We had the cheese sticks and the flat bread and we shared a half pitcher of beer which was perfect for 2. The restaurant was clean, service was amazing by the two gentlemen working we will definitely be back
