Gisburn Chippy - Hessle

This restaurant has been under new management for nine weeks. All the fish is cooked to order, and the patties are made fresh on-site. I highly recommend trying the new meat cake on the menu; it’s delicious! The meals are beautifully presented, and the staff is very friendly.

The restaurant is back open! I had some chips that were excellent, and the mint sauce was delicious and unique. Everything was beautiful. I also ordered a fish lunch, so I'll provide an update on that once I've had a chance to try it!

Last week, I noticed that this fish and chip shop is under new management, so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The chips were perfectly crispy, and the haddock had a lovely crunch. I also enjoyed the delicious scraps and mushy peas. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I've finally found a fantastic chip shop, and the owner is really friendly!

Fresh cooked fish and chips , done in beef dripping. Just perfect!
