Unfortunately very disappointing. When ordering, we were told that it takes 1.5 hours to deliver to Eisenberg, possibly even longer. It wasn't a problem for us. We ordered a pizza and a lasagna. The pizza was cold and lazy and the lasagna was the worst I've ever eaten. The lasagna was very watery, the minced meat hard and the sauce without any taste, since unfortunately very watery. In addition, the lasagna was rather cold than warm and in my opinion overloaded with too much cheese. Too bad about the money and the foods that are then rather migrated into the garbage. Addendum: after the review we received a letter from Pizzeria Bella Italia, in which they apologise for the food and have done a voucher. Today we ordered again. The food came fast, was completely fine and tasted good. The boss personally apologized on the phone. We were happy that we were taken seriously as customers, thank us for this and order again.
